I chose to get my vents cleaned because of recent construction work and my upstairs furnace smelled like the furnace was heating dust. After the furnace was serviced, the smell of heated dust was still in the air. I specifically added deodorizer and sanitizer to eliminate the smell. Unfortunately, the smell did not go away. Kinda disappointed.

The guys were polite and efficient. And most importantly, incredibly honest! They used their camera system to inspect my ductwork before beginning, and showed me the results. My ducts were already very clean, and they offered to clean them if I wanted, but advised that they really didn't need it.
So I had them do the sanitization only and was very pleased with the whole experience.

Had duct heroes out on Saturday 8.24.24 to clean my dryer vent and they did an excellent job. They called me to let me know when they were on their way, were personable and did a great job. Price was reasonable. This is my second time using them and will use them again in the future.
